I am terrified of Dentists and hence, delaying is my way of putting off the visits till it becomes very necessary. My visit last Friday at the Shine Dental - Mansfield Business Park, Four Marks, Medstead, Alton was a good comforting experience. It is a very welcoming clinic. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have been visiting this Dental practice for some time now! I can honestly say they are so kind & caring. Nothing is too much trouble for Caroline & Johnathan who is a brilliant dentist. I am a nervous patient and I was put at ease from the first moment. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you to accommodate your appointment around work commitments. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.
