They left a message on my answering machine and I called them back. I tried to explain what I wanted and told her the name of the 2 procedures I was interested in and she didn't seem sure if they offered it or not. I felt if this was a common procedure in their clinic she would be familiar with it? I didn't feel very confident. Offered me a £77 consultation to discuss things??.
