The appointment was on time and the dentist was really good. This was a check-up but included x-rays which showed the need for a small filling. The dentist showed me the x-ray on the screen and explained the treatment and what may happen if the filling doesn't work (due to cavity being deep and near the nerve). I came away knowing exactly what was going to happen both short and long term. The same dentist also referred me to the hospital as he found something unusual at the back of my tongue on the side. It turned out to be nothing but it's reassuring that the dentist is thorough and checks tongue and glands in neck as part of the check-up.

Over the past 15 years, I have had numerous courses of treatment by Dr Amanda Mellor and hygienist Liz. What an amazing practice! Thank you, Dr Mellor. Skilful, considerate and talk to me while working so I feel involved. Also, sensitive to my discomfort and does her best to avoid, careful diagnostician, good advice on further referral. Thank you, Liz. I moved to this Practice because in a previous one the hygienist caused pain. I am not moving any more. Thank you Practice. The equipment is up-to-date and being changed to newer readily. Clean, pleasant. Emergency slots are readily available. Thank you Reception. Knowledgeable, friendly and know the patients.

I had to have a tooth removed as it cracked through the middle down through to the root and kept getting infected. I had an implant done by Dr. Robert Montgomery and was restored by Dr. Stephen Woolley. I must tell people that they were such a supportive team of people. The process was pain-free I had no real discomfort just a slight ache afterwards. They are excellent! Very good at making me feel at ease and explaining everything in layman’s terms. The result is worth the wait. My new tooth is great, I can eat normally. It’s definitely worth a consultation.

I went today for a scale and polish with Sarah unfortunately through the week I have been suffering from toothache. Sarah took an x-ray of my tooth and then passed it on to Haider to have a look at. I had my scale and polish and Haider came in and explained I had an infection. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics and will be returning in 10 days for a follow-up appointment. I can not recommend this dental practice enough. The staff are all friendly and put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. If you are nervous about going to the dentist this is the practice to go to. Thank you, Haider and Sarah.

The warm welcome and comprehensive treatments on offer are first class! All the staff are extremely pleasant and put you at ease! Hard to believe but I actually enjoy a visit to the dentist! Lovely people and very reassuring!

I have to say this dentist is one of the best dentists I have ever visited and I’m so scared of going to the dentist, but every time I visit I feel at ease. I suffer from anxiety (but honestly the dentist Dr Aileen Shum) is so lovely and genuine. She listens to you and is so kind and reassuring and would do anything to help you relax.

Very professional with a TLC touch. Made to feel at ease and everything explained clearly. I had the clinic recommended to me by a friend. My first visit was to establish the treatment I would require and the way forward I was reassured that a solution would be found and had every confidence in what I was told.
