My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

I was in Panama and I had tooth pain, called and got an appointment within a couple of days. It was discovered that the tooth was broken in half into. I received a canal lengthening, and bonding as well as cleaning at a great price. I'm glad this happened in Panama and not at home. The bonding came off and it was replaced free of charge with no other issues. The staff are very friendly and respectful as well as the doctor. I think it is worth it to return to Panama for my dental issues.

I visited this dentist after my front tooth had broken off. By the time of my appointment, my teeth were in quite a bad shape due to grinding and the dentist provided me with information on what to do. He made a clip that could fit over my teeth (both upper and lower). This felt like the best clinic to help me with my problem. I didn’t need any aftercare, but I will be going back to them for further treatment as soon as I’m ready. From the moment I entered, to the moment I left, everything was smooth. They made good on their promises and delivered superb service. There’s nothing I can fault them on and I’ll definitely be using them in the future. As soon as I have the money, I’ll be getting some implants done. I’m very happy with the clip - I feel it was an investment. I’ve always had a fear of the dentist, but I trust them completely. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating.
