Very professional clinic and extremely welcoming, Sarah made me feel at ease soon as I walked through the door and answered all my questions when I asked about different treatments, very knowledgeable and such a delight to chat with. Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does. Jodie made me feel very calm and talked me through everything she was doing. Always feel like a million dollars when I leave. Would highly recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment. I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

I cannot recommend Yulia and Charlotte highly enough! Yulia is such an expert and will only treat you if she thinks you need the treatment. The finish is very natural and has taken years off me, so I'm told by others! It doesn't hurt that much and you feel in very safe hands with Yulia. With fillers, I've now got cheekbones I've never had! Yulia is incredibly ethical, very honest and also really lovely. Hydrafacials with Charlotte are a laugh a minute as she's so lovely and funny! My skin feels so clean and smooth for ages afterwards. It's really worth the money and no other facial has ever had these results on me. It doesn't hurt and is relaxing, yet has deep and very effective results. I found Novello on a Google search. My first impression was how clean the clinic is and how professional Yulia and Charlotte are and also have such expertise and experience. Over 3 years on, and... I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

From the moment I walked in, my first impressions were that I was most definitely in the right place for my treatment. I was met with a smile from Karen, the receptionist who was very polite. I was treated with the utmost of care, professionalism and the procedure was quite painless. (I had a small wart removed). I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
