This morning I visited the Toa Clinic, in a very unhappy state after having top eyelid bletharoplasty surgery, which left my eyelids sunken and hollow. Sofia put me at ease immediately in a reassuring manner and I left in a completely transformed state, very happy with a lovely new look, thanks to Sofia’s great work.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Second visit. Explains everything so well. Reassures me. She knows her stuff but is not pushy at all just allows you to decide and get back to her. I think she’s first class. I will be back. Thank you.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I had a treatment for the under eye area with Dr Raquel. She is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She is gentle and cautious in her approach, which was especially important for me because I wanted a very natural-looking result. Dr Raquel explained every step very clearly, so I knew what to expect during and post-procedure. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend. Communication all the way. Very polite. I had fillers and treatment for wrinkles. I think for what I've had done it's good value. I feel rejuvenated and happy with my results. I chose this clinic as its close to where I live, plenty of parking at no charge and very easy to get to.

I had an annoying skin tag on my face and after searching the web for a private clinic to remove it, found Jane Hancy just 13 minutes away. Better still, ĥer charge was a lot less than another I had. Paper work was sorted out by email and phone and an appointment was made for the following week. Her clinic was first class in a beautiful quiet location and the visit was completed within 30 minutes. Overall a totally stress free experience and highly recommended.
