I have had a few appointments now with the clinic to have my nails done. The staff are really lovely and so friendly. Always feel very welcome and enjoy my experience. Fab job too. I would def recommend a visit.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My therapist was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly. The treatment, though uncomfortable, was eased by the therapists calm and professional approach.

Excellent treatment at Grey Door with Kayti. My husband had an annoying wart removed on his shoulder which hardly left a mark. So I put my trust in Kayti to remove a raised mole on my cheek which had started to pop out hairs. I’m so so happy. I took all the advice for the after care and the result is flawless. Have been to the clinic for warts removal. They were very professional, pleasant and welcoming. Had the treatment all went well am now waiting to go back in a few weeks to check the success/progress.

The team at the clinic are fantastic. I've just returned for some patch top ups after a year and a half of being free of the unwanted facial and leg hair. Cannot recommend this clinic enough 😀

Was suffering breathlessness. Local surgery not getting anywhere. Advised to try Kalmed Clinic. Was examined, and given tests, treatment and medication which led to me being diagnosed with Angina and being referred to a Cardiologist. Job Done!! The entire Staff at the Clinic exuded professionalism, clarity, and most of all caring.....Highly recommend this Clinic. Pricing was reasonable.

First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.
