Avoiding certain foods for a particular time needs to be monitored and many foods should not be eliminated long term (I've seen many clients over the years avoiding foods with little relief of their symptoms!). Looking at and fixing one's digestion, gut and liver is KEY to reducing/eliminating allergies and food intolerances.
