Mary integrates Counselling & Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy & NLP, and also uses these therapies separately to suit individual preferences. 

I am a qualified and Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with IAHIP who works from a Humanistic and Integrative approach. This means that I work in a way that suits each individual person, according to their needs. I work with both men and women experiencing a wide variety of issues which include trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship problems.
