Such a gentle and understanding Doctor, Dr Sonja made me feel completely at ease and reassured me that I was being heard and not wasting anyone's time. I am so happy I chose to keep this appointment ( which I had been tempted to cancel as I really didn't want to create a fuss - surely it was just Menopause and there was nothing I could do about it!) I came away after the most thorough consultation I have ever had and much more reassured that there is an explanation for everything. I'm in a much happier place today. Thank you Dr Sonja.

I have had difficulties with chronic fatigue since my teenage years. I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis (IC) in my early twenties and later with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I developed hormonal acne and started to experience hot flushes after my children were born, even though I am still only in my thirties. I started to experience chronic joint pain 18 months ago. I also feel very well-cared for by the nurse in his practice and have never experienced anything like the level of interest she has taken in my case to ensure I get the best possible care. Within weeks of starting the new treatments, I noticed a significant improvement in all of my symptoms including my energy levels and my mood, which had become impacted by my poor quality of life.
