I had the pure pleasure of receiving two distance IET (healing with Angels) healings with Carla. These experiences really enable you to step back from the stresses and confusions of life that we all feel, and even more profoundly so, now. I found myself experiencing a lovely sense of peace and a feeling of being nurtured and cared for. It’s a time when you can give yourself permission to be calm and take time out to feed your soul and inner spirit. Carla is a wonderful and loving human being who cares deeply for her clients. She is a very devoted and conscientious therapist. I have also received Reflexology, Hot stone massage and Reiki from Carla. Pure heaven! And what a relief for tired and sore body and muscles. I always treat myself to one of her beautiful hand-made products, created with all-natural products and essential oils; body scrubs, balms, sleep potions, etc. Just bliss! I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing. Thank you Iwona, it is a lovely experience that I will always look forward to.

Both will be assessed  and certain modifications  where possible will be recommended. Rome wasn't built in a day and this may take time ,but it equally took time to develop a  lack of equilibrium in the body and even in the  mind ."Festina lente"(Hasten slowly) is the latin motto.I may also as part of a long term treatment plan   recommend   food supplements in addition to dietary changes to enhance and speed up overall healing. Weve come to expect that our bodies will flag the changes  at menopause through night sweats, hot flushes, low libido, vaginal dryness etc. In fact ,the only thing we should notice is the absence of periods!The change could be as simple as that but we arent all so lucky.However with the right alterations to our diet and lifestyle  we can be that model of seamless transition.Its up to us.

Attended a detailed 1st Assessment women's health appointment to get advice on how to better manage my medically induced menopause including options for Hormone Replacement Therapy - HRT (which I previously thought was not an option for me because of breast cancer). Dr. Sarah Callaghan did a thorough assessment of my specific menopause-related symptoms and needs and explained all options to me to eliminate hot flushes, anxiety, fatigue and dryness while considering my hormone-related cancer and answered all my (silly) questions. She explained everything very clearly. I am now taking medication as prescribed and will attend again in 6 weeks for review and hopefully move on to a safe HRT option for me and get my life back. I am thrilled to find somewhere specifically focusing on women's health. Highly recommend Dr. Callaghan and the Grange Clinic.

Dr. Ines Rodriguez was lovely. I was visiting Dublin from the US and became ill. Dr. Rodriguez was knowledgeable, diligent, and compassionate. She followed up the following day and on receipt of my test results. This was better service than I receive from my own GP at home.
