Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes. I was feeling unwell but with inconclusive symptoms. I was able to get an appointment on the day, the Doctor took me in exactly at the time of my appointment. She dully suggested a blood test which was done on the day and gave clarity on the disease. I was sent an email on the same day with the results and a follow-up email later. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The staff and doctor were very professional and thorough with my mole and skin check. I had one treatment for sun damage carried out straight away and a follow up appointment booked. I'd recommend this clinic to others and will be going back for an annual mole check. They had a special offer for the summer where my appointment was half price at £80. I also paid £75 for the immediate sun damage treatment and bought some Altruist sunscreen which is very good value at £5 for 200 ml spf30.

My visit to this friendly clinic was a very relaxing and welcoming place to go and have my blood tests done Eileen who did mine was very friendly, she explained what was going on at each stage, gave good advice and made me feel well looked after and supported. Highly recommended.
I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for.
