Completed his MBBS in 1985, and then completed his FRCS, DLO (Royal College of England) in 1996. In 2006, he obtained his Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA) from the University of Punjab (Lahore). Over the past 25 years, he has worked and trained in various hospitals across Europe, Austraila and Pakistan including: Guy’s Hospital (London, UK) Charing Cross Hospital (London, UK) Christie Hospital (Manchester, UK) Institute Georges Portman (Bordeaux, France) Zertifkat Uber Teilnahme am Laser Seminar (Berlin, Germany) The University of Queensland (Brisbane, Australia) Mayo Hospital (Lahore) Nishtar Hospital (Multan In addition to being a Consultant ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon at Omar Hospital , Dr Muhammad Tariq is currently an Associate Professor at Services Institute of Medical Sciences, and a Consultant ENT surgeon at Services Hospital Lahore. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Professor of ENT and Head & Neck Surgery at King Edward Medical College / University and a Consultant at Mayo Hospital and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital Lahore. Over the course of his career, Dr Muhammad Tariq has completed more than 10,000 surgical procedures, and presently performs or supervises approximately 20 to 30 operations each week.
