All was swift, informative, and efficient. Ears cleaned without fuss and effectively. It was nice to see an actual specialist who was also calm, friendly, and pleasant. I got an appointment very quickly. Reasonable pricing and it is a relief to have clear ear canals again!

Excellent service was seen within 5hrs of making query. I have a skin condition that spreads to and blocks the ear I was let down by 2 other clinics as they were not confident in dealing with my condition. I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.

I had hard impacted wax in one ear which any other method of wax removal would perhaps have failed to completely remove, as it did once with me in the past with irrigation. But nurse Joanna's total expertise and experience in micro suction made it possible with a completely successful result. I would recommend this clinic to everybody.
