I highly recommend Aurea Health Group. I contacted them about a very personal health problem which was causing me a lot of distress and they were so reassuring and positive. I was able to fly out to Turkey and have the operation I needed very soon after an online consultation. Rabia in particular was very supportive and has excellent communication skills. She put me at ease throughout the whole process from the initial enquiry to being discharged from hospital and then leaving the city. Both of my surgeons were very professional and diligent and I felt that they took pride in their work. The hospital was extremely clean with a huge room which felt very peaceful and comfortable. I travelled to the Clinic on the 9th Dec after lots of great contact with Hana my coordinator she answered all of my questions and never kept me waiting for a reply. IVF - In Vitro Fertilisation. Excellent service. Staffs are very friendly and professional. The main reason why I chose this clinic is that I got a very quick response from them compared to the other clinics. The clinic is also well situated; it is located next to a good hotel and next to a big shopping mall. It is thus ideal for foreigners who do not know the place well.

I chose to do my egg freezing at Serum IVF in Athens after meeting Doctor Yannis and Embryologist Sofia who put me at ease. They genuinely care about their patients and I had very positive experience throughout. Everything was discussed clearly and at no point was I rushed. Dr Yannis and Embryologist Sofia are the nicest doctors I have met, they cares of each step of the treatment, goes through details and made feel well taken care of. The nursing team, especially midwife Chara, were truly wonderful and always available for any questions or concerns, no matter the time of day! Mr Sabatini is simply the best. I am not his patient anymore for insurance reasons but I still go back to him for advice time to time, as I trust him a lot. His knowledge and his professionalism are second to no one and his humanity is above all expectations. He is one of the few doctors I met who treat me as a person and not as a number. I truly recommend him.
