I went to Dr. Uranga’s clinic for a FUT/FUE hair transplant and it was a great experience. I was nervous at first but he answered all my questions immediately (he speaks English), was very attentive, honest and professional and answered all my questions promptly via WhatsApp weeks before the procedure and during follow-up. He was flexible with payment and his clinic and staff was modern and clean. Naturally, it will be months before I can see the results, but otherwise, I highly recommend.

I contacted HERO Institute approximately a year ago and was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy from day one.
