Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I went for a hair transplant as I have traction alopecia and my sides were so thin/ practically gone. I was contacted by Dr Ertan who is a neurologist who was really nice and friendly. The surgery was performed by Dr Okan who is extremely talented and such a warm welcoming character and his amazing team. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. I was picked up from the airport by the driver in a Mercedes sprinter all to myself. I had the same driver for the transfers for the duration of my stay. The hotel was in a good location on the strip. It was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm currently 14 days post op and my donor hairs are growing back and the implanted hairs have also started to grow.
