Hi Cinik Team, I’ve had a pleasant experience. I had my second op on Sept.15 2023 after 4 years of my first op on Nov. 1 2019. I went a second time to increase the density on the front of my head (behind the hairline). I was supposed to have a non-shave hair transplant but when I got there and met with the team, they advised me to shave my head which was shocking for me because I never shaved my head before! However, the team was professional and kind and trusted that I would get better results if I shaved all of my head. The team was kind. I was nervous more so than my first op because of the pain during the local anaesthesia. I now about 4 months since my operation and the results are looking good no one can tell that I had a hair transplant (since I always kept this private and no one knew I got a transplant since my first op cuz I always had long hair) I like my new look (buzz cut) :D I can't wait for full growth and my hair to get thicker and thicker! I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

I'm 26, soon to be 27 next month. My BBL is scheduled for less than 3 months! I wish I was getting it done sooner... Doctors are AMAZING not only is he amazing at what he does but he’s an amazing person in general. He’s very caring towards his patients and he makes sure you understand everything that is going to happen and is happening. I will never go to another surgeon. But let me brag on his staff!! They are awesome as well!!! Very caring, comforting, understanding and patience.

I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I also did my temporal lifting and upper blepharoplasty, the change is insane, i look so much more awake. I highly recommend them.

It's all ladies team, and they provided the best care and service possible. All things has been organised by Asli, who is still providing excellent care,and promptly answering all questions, after operation. Surgery took over 10 hours, and during it all team was very friendly and professional. Quote was 3500 grafts, but they did 4800, without extra charge, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was provided with medication, aftercare products, and all info. Now just need to wait for a full results. My big thanks girls for such a good experience and best regards to all your team. As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I have radio frequency with Julie’s . She is a professional and lovely person who is very experienced at what she does. I highly recommend this treatment as it makes my face feel firmer and plumper . I also have a very small amount of fillers around the rim of my lips to bring them out . She does this so it’s natural and not in your face . Really pleased with all my treatments
