The doctor provided very detailed information and advice. It's been almost 2 years since I had this done and my hair has grown very well, particularly in terms of my hairline which looks very natural. I had the hair transplantation at Hairsmith Clinic. Dr Prima and her team have offered an excellent service. They are friendly. My procedure took a long time, but the doctor didn't go anywhere from 12.30 pm - 07.00 pm. I respect her determination. Now, it's been almost three years, and the result is stunning. My friends always mocked at my high forehead before, but now, no one can do that to me anymore!

I went for the FUE hair transplant with Dr Prima at Hairsmith Clinic two years ago. It was about 1,400 grafts. I had a hairline receding at that time and feel less confident, especially when meeting with my business clients. I had a hair transplant surgery here back in 2017. Dr Prima is amiable and skilful. My case was quite tricky and took a longer time than usual cases, but she was still with me from start to finish. I can truly tell you that I had an amazing experience with both my hair transplant and the SMP procedure. The SMP technician name Kim worked tirelessly and diligently to ensure the procedure was done correctly. She worked late without cutting corners and ensured that I was pleased with the results. One night she worked past midnight, again to ensure that the procedure was done right. She explained what she did before performing the procedure. She was very flexible and worked with my schedule so I was very pleased with that.

I can honestly tell you that I had a great experience at Hairsmith clinic. Actually, I had an amazing experience. I've had a hair transplant done before in the United States but the results were very poor. I had the Artas robotic hair transplant procedure done and I can truthfully say that nothing beats a transplant that's done with the human hand by a trained physician. Dr. Prima is a highly skilled hair transplant surgeon. I had my procedure done in October 2017 and I was skeptical at first, even after the initial consultation. Well that all changed during the procedure and my experience went up to a 10. The Doc knew what she was doing and the end results showed just that.

I highly recommend Dr. Prima for a hair transplant. She and her staff are very nice people. Their professionalism and experience in the field of hair transplantation, as well as their friendliness in my hair transplant procedure, truly made it an amazing experience. Reiterating, I'm almost speechless at how well my experience was. To think I paid a fraction of what I paid in the United States. I got more hair and exactly what I wanted. The clinic is hygienically clean, well equipped and meets the medical standard. The equipment used such as the needle is sterile and had not been reused. The ink used is of high quality to ensure no long-term ill effects.
