Excellent service! You will not be disappointed! They went out of their way to work with my schedule and were able to secure an appointment on my desired date. I flew from San Diego, CA. The accommodations including the hotel, and airport pick were great and everything went smoothly! Upon first impressions, the clinic is beautiful, comfortable and friendly. Mr. Levent is incredibly knowledgeable but also down-to-earth. He completed a very thorough review of my history and provided education on hair loss along with several options. Unlike many hair loss clinics in California, their prices are extremely competitive and reasonable for the services provided. Overall I've been very pleased and would highly recommend this place!

It took a lot of careful saving and thought for me to fly from New York to Istanbul to have a procedure undertaken in 2021. I'd never had any sort of operation before (or since) but I can honestly say that it was well worth it. The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding. I was stoked with the results and it really changed how I viewed myself. I can't compare with any other surgeon, all I can say is that I was really happy with the results. Thanks.

I booked to visit Mcan in March and was thoroughly pleased with the consultation pre-surgery and results in post-surgery seem good. However, it is only 2 weeks after the operation and full results aren't expected for another 9-12 months. The help and advice were given to me before booking was excellent. The clinic itself was lovely, very clean, modern and had a family feel to it. It is situated in the Levent area of Istanbul which is very nice. One area for improvement is the hotel, Troya. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself isn't great. The rooms are small. The walls are too thin and the decor needs updating. They were refurbishing the rooftop terrace when I stayed so maybe the rooms are next. The doctor at Mcan is lovely and her team are very efficient and friendly. Good English have been spoken all around. Would recommend. Thanks!

I just wanted to know exactly what is going to happen and she always makes me feel welcomed and hasn’t once failed to answer my messages. Private transfer from/to the Airport, from clinic to Hotel and back, hospitality at 5 stars Hotel - these all services are included in the price. First steps are a haircut and wash then drawing hairline and areas to be implanted. Later anaesthetizing the donor area and extraction of grafts I had 4020 grafts extracted. After lunch prepared by the clinic, implantation has done. I admit that it’s not an easy procedure but I’m happy about it. Because I don’t feel any particular pain and I don’t feel any dizziness after the procedure.
