I just visited MCAN for my hair transplant. I was very worried to do this in Turkey but after I did it everything was very good. Met very good people and everything was organised very well. The results look nice after 3 weeks and graft looks very healthy. Return back soon for my second part. Thank you very much MCAN for after help. Very good overall service.

Estenbul Health had the highest ratings and best value for hair transplants. I had mine done here at the end of June. it’s difficult to judge the results at this stage, because the final outcome is usually only visible after 12 months. It took a full day to do the transplant (which is about 8 hours). The only discomfort I had was due to the anaesthetic. When the needle pierces your scalp, there’s a slight sting, but they numb your head so you don’t feel anything during the actual procedure. The clinic had pleasant staff who took good care of me. This was my first time visiting a clinic like this, so I don’t have any other reference point, but I will say this: the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. For them, it was about so much more than just the surgery. I was even fetched from the airport and taken to the hotel. My translator from Kazakhstan was very nice and helped me understand what the doctor was saying. It was because of her support and the excellent information she provided, that I ended up choosing this clinic. I’m still in touch with her now. I send monthly progress photos that she forwards to the doctor. It’s likely I’ll return in 12 months to have some more follicles inserted. This time around they focused mainly on the front, sides and top. The back of my head might need more attention, but this will all depend on the results I see in a year.

I was referred to Dr. Cinik by multiple people in my family who have utilized this Clinic for hair transplants. Each of them has had amazing results. I'm only 17 days post-op, so results are still in progress and I look forward to the 6–12-month mark when the final results will show. For now, I will just comment on the professionalism of the clinic staff and how easy they made the process for me. After being connected with the team via WhatsApp, and sharing some of my pictures, the team came back to me very quickly with their recommendations. It was super easy to schedule my session. From the moment I walked into the clinic to the moment I walked out, there was not a single minute wasted. While no time was wasted, the team took all the time necessary to ensure that I would get the most out of my treatment. The other important aspect of their service is their post-op follow up. The team has been in constant contact with me since I returned to the states and have stayed on top of my progress to ensure that I'm following directions correctly and to reassure me that everything is progressing fine. The first few weeks after the operation can have some discomfort and when you're far away from the clinic, it really helps when you hae a dedicated resource that you can contact with any questions or concerns. Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic.
