I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

Exceptional experience!!!! The entire staff was so kind. Patient. Professional. So far beyond our expectations. From the very beginning as we travelled by car to Turkey, to compiling some guides for sightseeing. Constantly checking in to make sure we were ok during our journey. Once we arrived to the clinic we were well received and taken care of. Emre was our contact there and was so helpful. He explained every step of the procedure and never left our side. The driver who chauffeured us back and forth was also so kind. Very cheerful and as a former client of gold city offered great service. After the procedure, the medical consultants checked in often to make sure there were no issues and responded quickly if we had any questions. Even now, 2 weeks later they are still checking in on us to make sure everything is proceeding smoothly. We have already recommended Gold City to others here in Greece and Italy and will do so when we get back to USA. I had an excellent experience at Capital Hair Center and with Dr. Ekrem Keskin. During the procedure, Dr. Ekrem Keskin transplanted 3800 grafts for my hair's frontal and crown parts. During the surgery, I had no complications. Following the procedure, there was some discomfort. When I slept at a hotel after the surgery, the Center kept in touch with me.
