I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

Had my gastric sleeve surgery done by Medhera's doctor on 19/10/23, he came to see me before and after surgery. Very professional and polite doctor I have ever seen. He personally did the dressing of my incisions next day of my surgery, explained whatever he could and made efforts to speak in English. He was like an friend to me never saw a doctor so down to earth. Surgery Group was the right choice because they repeatedly went the extra mile to help, listen to my concerns and guide me through the whole process such that my whole time through the experience was stress-free. Extremely helpful in sorting out all the logistics of getting to and from the clinic, arranging a very professional, yet also very friendly clinic group to carry out the procedure itself and also, the aftercare was excellent and I never had to wait long at all for a reply and reassurances to any worries I might have had. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. The price was very reasonable. The during and aftercare was excellent. It was so easy I fell asleep naturally during most of the extraction process. However, I wanted the Estetik Hair team to have the best they could have so they could do their best to give me their best so I could look my best. My overall experience was great, the Dato’ Doctor Jas and team were very professional and experienced. I was sceptical before undertaking the procedure, however, after going through the consultation, I gained the confidence to go through the procedure.
