I arrived in Turkey in February to have liposuction along with my daughter who is having rhinoplasty done. We were met at the airport by Teomen who was fantastic made us feel very welcome. The next morning we were picked up by Teomen and taken to the hospital where we met our interpreter who was amazing. Everything went brilliantly test was carried out to make sure we were both fit and healthy the care we got was amazing the aftercare was even better. I cannot highly recommend this place. I am going again in March with my friend who wants to have liposuction done after seeing the amazing results I have had.

I’ve just returned from having my beard transplant done with this hair clinic and there service and aftercare are just amazing, From the day I arrived to the day I left, I was greeted with a VIP transfer to my hotel when I arrived and also taken back to the airport for my return flight the hotel stay was lovely and the team at the clinic made me feel at ease as I was so nervous. I would highly recommend this clinic as nothing was to much trouble. I am really pleased with how the transplant went and can’t wait to see the finished results. As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

I had about 2500 grafts Sapphire FUE for my frontline area in London. The team were really great and reassuring. The service was top-class. It has been only 5 months but I am able to see the early results and it is truly amazing. It is progressively getting better. They are still in touch with me. Highly recommend this clinic, money is well spent.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
