Tera - Mai Reiki Seichem is a very powerful, natural hands-on healing energy. It is a wonderfully simple but effective form of hands-on healing, using universal energies to heal the mind, body and spirit. Reiki is a holistic form of healing which treats the physical body and mind together, strengthening the bodys own healing ability and rebalancing its energy.  Reiki was rediscovered about 3000 years ago by a Japanese monk, Dr Mikao Usui. He passed on his knowledge to others who have since spread Reiki around the world. Tere - Mai Seichim is an advenced form of Reiki where you get a deeper more powerful healing. Reiki energy makes its own way to the area in need of treatment. Reiki has proved to be of great benefit for a broad range of conditions. It is increasingly used to complement conventional therapies in hospitals world-wide. Many people who suffer with migraine, asthma, skin conditions, ulcers, orthopaedic injuries or arthritis, as well as numerous other ailments, have noted vast improvements in their health. The gentle Reiki energy is also effective in calming the mind and spirit, and has helped many people with anxiety and depression. People with low levels of self-esteem and poor self-confidence have also noted remarkable differences in their lives after experiencing Reiki.   However, Reiki does not promise a miraculous cure from illness or disease. Conditions that have taken years to manifest in the physical body cannot be cured in a few sessions. The person also probably needs to make some lifestyle changes so that the source of stress and negative emotion (dis-ease) does not re-occur. It takes time for the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual aspects of the self to be brought back into balance.

Jocelyn is a traditional acupuncturist who has been NADA trained. The NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol was designed for the treatment of substance mis-use, stress, anxiety management & panic disorder, trauma recovery, smoking cessation and relaxation using ear acupuncture. The protocol is known to have a calming effect on the central nervous system.
