I had reflexology and reiki done at Willow and Sage, and I can’t recommend it enough. I was extremely relaxed and slept amazing that night. I had a Reflexology treatment done with Sinead on Friday. Sinead was so nice and welcoming. I have really ticklish feet but the feeling went in seconds. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Sinead came recommended through a friend and did not disappoint. I will be booking in again.

Had a reflexology treatment recently with Sinead of willow and sage and found it very relaxing calming and very effective. I struggle with sleep and mild anxiety and I slept like a baby afterwards. Will definitely be going back for more sessions soon and would highly recommend it.
