About New Horizons Hypnotherapy, CBT and EFT Clinic

Consultations and all sessions can be carried out online on a secure and confidential private platform. 

We offer a free 30 minute introductory consultation. This is an opportunity for you to discuss your problems in strict confidence and for us to explain more about how hypnotherapy and related therapies can help you, and how many sessions may be needed. 

At New Horizons we help you to release whatever is holding you back from making positive changes in your life. Whether you suffer from general anxiety and worry, panic attacks or lack confidence and self esteem, hypnotherapy, CBT (cognitive behavioural  therapy) and energy therapies such as EFT Tapping can help. 

We offer programmes to help you to reduce stress and tension, improve sleep, feel calmer and more positive in all situations. Our signature programme the Spring Clean for Your Mind is a 6 session approach to enable you release and transform your fears and negative emotions, empowering you to live life on your own terms feeling in control of your choices and your emotions.

Habit based problems such as stopping smoking, losing weight or stopping nail biting can be helped in 2-4 sessions, whilst deep-rooted or long-standing issues may require from 6 to 8 sessions.

Your therapy sessions are tailored for you personally. We work with clients using a combination of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or Tapping).

Our therapists are fully trained and accredited by The Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, also the Association for Meridian Therapies, UK. They are members in good standing of the European Association of Professional Hypnotherapists.
