 Loughrea Holistic Health Centre offers a range of holistic treatments, carried out by professional therapists in our calm, safe oasis in the centre of the town. I hold a B.A. (Hons) degree in Psychology and a MSc in Health Psychology with additional qualifications in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Diet and Nutrition (ITEC).  I am qualified in Reflexology in Pregnancy and Childbirth (MRTP I), Fertility Reflexology (Sarah Holland, Fertility Reflexology Network), Reflexology in Cancer Care, Craniosacral therapy I and II, Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage TM, and Dietary Counselling (IHS).  I offer treatments in Reflexology including Cranio Sacral Reflexology (CSR), Aroma-Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology (Fertility/Pregnancy/Post-natal), Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage, Dietary Counselling, Reiki/Intuitive Healing. My main areas of interest include supporting women across their natural cycles through fertility, pregnancy and menopause. I also work therapeutically with women who have experienced trauma and loss through miscarriage or multiple miscarriages and as a result may be carrying grief and loss held at a somatic (bodily) level; and with individual clients who are interested in undertaking deeper therapeutic work through engaging the body as a gateway to the unconscious, as an access point for shadow work and as a source for emotional healing. I see each client as central to their own healing process and s/he is encouraged to be an active participant in their own health and healing. Hi, my name is Rosaleen Dunphy and I am a fully insured self employed Complementary Therapist. I hold Diplomas in ITEC Holistic Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Stone Therapy, On-site Massage and I also hold a Diploma in Tuina from Tuina Ireland. In addition to this I hold a City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Teaching and an ITEC Diploma for Lecturers and I am Reiki Level 3 certified. I assure each and every client that this is common and I therefore endeavour to put you at ease as much as possible. Every client's story is unique and everyone  is given the utmost freedom to express without judgment what is no longer working in their world My approach as a therapist is integrative and therefore unique to each clients needs.
