Mr Dyn Parry at 1st Clinics is a trained naturopath, physiotherapist, podiatrist, licensed acupuncturist and injectionist, herbalist and nutritional therapist. Treatments provided by him include conditions like aching joints, strained muscles and nagging injuries, and sports injuries. Naturopathic treatments include a variety of natural therapy techniques including herbal, homeopathy, and nutritional supplementation, acupuncture, exercise and hydrotherapy. Problems treated with homoeopathy include sporting and work related injuries, swelling and inflammation of joints and muscles, neck and low back pain, sciatica, lumbago etc. Also treated are skin problems such as cuts, grazes, corn and callosity, warts, psoriasis, fungal and bacterial infections.

I am a qualified lymphoedema and holistic practitioner in practice in Cardiff since 1998.  Insurance company referrals can be undertaken for most companies including BUPA, AVIVA, RED ARC and AXA, and I am approved for  in diagnosed primary and secondary lymphoedema. I am qualified with the Austrian Vodder School of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the Casely Smith method of lymphatic drainage, and I am trained in healing.My aim is to help clients to achieve a better quality of life and manage swelling caused by cancer and non cancer treatments.
