About Olive Nutrition

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist who offers dietary advice and ASYRA Bio-Resonance Health Screenings.  ASYRA screenings can help with a wide range of health issues and can help detect imbalances such as food sensitivities, hormone imbalances, bugs/ pathogens, vitamin/ mineral deficiencies, and much more.  It can help with issues such as fatigue/ low energy, headaches, eczema & skin issues, IBS & digestive complaints, arthritis, PMS & hormonal issues for example.  The screenings help to identify imbalances and then the ASYRA will generate a highly specific homeopathic remedy to help address the imbalances.  


I also offer Weight Loss advice and am a Zest4Life health coach.

OLIVE NUTRITION is managed by Nutritional Therapist Sarah White (BA/ BSc Hons, dip ION, mCNHC, mBANT). Sarah trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. She is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC.) She is also an Asyra Practitioner (digital homeopathy & food/ environmental intolerance testing). She is also a qualified Pranic Healer and Reiki Practitioner.
