Established in 1991, Lathom Physiotherapy Centre has six chartered physiotherapists, all of whom are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and are registered with the Health Professions Council, and a sports massage therapist. We specialise in the management of musculoskeletal conditions but each of us has our own areas of special interest and Post Graduate qualifications, including membership of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, and physiofirst, the organisation for private practitioners.

I have been a clinical hypnotherapist for over 3 years and have helped many clients with Anxiety and Stress, Phobias, Stop Smoking, Weight Loss.   There are many aspects of human behaviour that can be addressed fully with Hypnotherapy.   Many of the things that you visit a hypnotherapist for I have experienced myself.    I have been overweight and lost it, I have changed a lot about myself and understand the process really well.  Additionally, I also use solution focused practice a talking therapy.    My approach is very personal and I always urge prospective clients to call me for a no-obligation 20-30 minute telephone consultation.  It becomes very apparent how passionate I am to help people.

I will take time to listen and understand you and the difficulties you are experiencing in order to select the most effective techniques to achieve rapid, life changing results. Working together we can transform how you feel.  Even if you have experienced past trauma, we can heal this and move forward without you ever having to relive the experience or describe it in any way. In between sessions I offer telephone and email support.
