Planning for Implant,braces,general cleaning
I searched online a lot for a dentist and honestly I didn't find better reviews than Dr.Cem , so I said let's give it a try as I was on a business trip in Istanbul anyway, I went to the clinic today and it was very easy to reach, the clinic in a very nice luxury area located in a very nice building as well on the second floor. I rang the doctor's intercom and they opened the door, when I first reached to their clinic door, I found them waiting for me as I was late 10 minutes but they were smiling without any problems. They told me to wear a plastic bag on my shoes to avoid any germs in the clinic and I respected that and made me more comfortable, in a minute or less I met the doctor, speaks English which is the most important thing, I went to his office and we started chatting about general stuff then we started talking about my case. My plan was making an implant and then making braces but I can't do it in the clinic as I live in Kuwait and doctor said that it has to be done where I live cause it needs a consultation visit every month.
I asked him about the implant, he answered back that you don't have to make anything right until you make the braces, get my teeth aligned and in shape then think about implants, veneers or anything else, honestly I was speechless cause he wasn't running after money or doing any treatment that I don't need at the moment. Between all doctors that I met in my life finally, I found someone who is honest, experienced, professional in his field and knows what he is talking about. I forgot to tell you that he discovered that I have a grinding problem while I'm sleeping that I didn't know about and he told me to take it easy on myself and consult a Psychologist to know from where the stress comes from, actually he said that it comes for smart people. In the end I was going to leave without doing any treatment and also without paying a penny because the consultation is for free and that's is unbelievable, and the doctor told me to not worry about it cause I don't have to do or pay anything and patients come from all over the world and a lot comes and chat and then leave.
I swear to god because he was so nice I said to myself you know what I will do anything to pay this guy, I asked him for general cleaning he said ok if you want to, I sat on the chair and he started cleaning, I can't tell you it was the most gentle hand that ever did something in my mouth, literally no pain at all, almost no bleeding from my gum, it took less than 10 minutes, and I asked him if he is using any new technology cause I felt like he is cleaning with water pressure and he said that he did and few who are using this method.
I couldn't believe the result, it was unbelievable and absolutely clean without any stains or tartar left, the most amazing thing that I didn't have any sensational problems after cleaning which I felt before for at least a month with other doctors.
Dr.Cem you are a gentleman, you have all my respect, I admire your work and your efficiency while using your instruments, your clinic is one of the most hygienic clinics that I ever visited in my life, I liked the music that was playing all the time, keep it like that doctor and your reputation will reach the moon.
By the way in a COO for a well-known company and I have no time for writing all this, but I admire people who respect their profession, especially honest ones, and Dr.Cem is one of them.
