In 1992, Dr Malyutina graduated from Rostov State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical Institute, Medical Faculty. In 1993, she finished the internship at Chair of Eye Diseases No.1.

From 1993 till 1995, Dr Malyutina studied in the clinical residency of the world famous institute of eye diseases – MNTK “Eye Microsurgery named after academician Svyatoslav Fyodorov” in Moscow.  
Till 2001, she worked at the same institute in the Centre for Refractive Surgery headed by Prof. A.I. Ivashina, the originator of refractive surgery in this country. At the same time, as Medical Director, she administered Fedorov`s Mobile Eye Clinic. Maliutina I.S. is a follower of S.N. Federov and is active in developing the glorious traditions of Fedorov's School.

Dr Malyutina is the clinic's leading surgeon, masterful in contemporary techniques of both refractive and general ophthalmic surgery, and performs over 1,500 operations per year.

Dr Malyutina is active both as a practitioner and a researcher. Her interests include issues of progressive myopia treatment, search of optimal hypermetropia correction methods, bioptics (refractive errors correction with simultaneous phacoemulsification), and glaucoma treatment. She participated in working out new collagen compositions for scleroplastic operations for progressive myopia treatment.  She defended Ph.D. thesis on “Prophylaxis of complications after Lasic surgical procedures”.

In 2003, Dr Malyutina did her training course in the USA on “Private Medicine in Ophthalmology”. She is a regular participant in Russian and international ophthalmologic forums, and a member of the European Society of Refractive and Cataract Surgeons.

Dr Dolzhich is a member of the Board of Ophthalmology, Ministry of Health of the Russian federation, and Member of Executive Board of the All-Russian Society of Ophthalmologists. She was a research adviser, consulting 40 doctors in writing their Ph.D theses, including the doctors from Rostov, Rostov Region, Republics of Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya and Ingushetia, as well as some foreign ophthalmologists from Tunisia, Jordan, and Palestine. Dr Dolzhich has 28 RF patents for new methods of eye diagnostics and treatment, being the author of 2 textbooks for doctors ("Eye diseases", 2000 and "Ophthalmology", 2008), 30 methodological textbooks, and 270 research studies.

Dr Kharchenko graduated from Rostov State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical Institute. From 1993 till 1995, she did the clinical internship at the Chair of Eye Diseases No.1 of the RODNMI. Since her graduation and till 1999, she worked as an assistant at the same Chair. Dr Kharchenko performed active both as a practitioner and a lecturer. Dr Kharchenko has been working at the Excimer Eye Clinic from 2002. In this period, she finished an advanced training course in “Laser surgery in Ophthalmology” at the St. Petersburg Academy of Military Medicine. She participated in the VI All-Russia Symposium on Refractive and Plastic Eye Surgery, the VII Congress of Russian Ophthalmologists at the Moscow School of Ophthalmology in 2007, White Nights Congress in St. Petersburg in 2007, and “Makula-2008" in Rostov-on-Don.

Dr Kharchenko specializes in laser microsurgery for retinal pathology, glaucoma and secondary cataracts. She has been practicing since 1995.
