Linda is a passionate Remedial and Relaxation Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher committed to learning and sharing techniques to naturally assist you to achieve and maintain holistic wellbeing.

Linda, after many years of yoga instruction has become a Remedial Therapist to pursue her special interest in the human body, how strength, flexibility and alignment movement and awareness can support physical and mental wellness.

With a special interest in relaxation and therapeutic massage for preventative conditioning and rehabilitation for treatment for a range of ailments including lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension and general muscle pain and fatigue.

Linda is a Member of AAMT (Australian Association of Massage Therapists, Yoga Alliance and SomaChi Yoga Teachers Association).

Linda’s knowledge of human movement with her Yoga instruction coupled with her Remedial Massage studies offer treatments that are intuitive, energy focused, nurturing and considered catering for your individual needs.

Liz is an inquisitive therapist interested in the biomechanics of the body.

With strength and specific trigger point work she will assist in providing freedom of movement and relief from structural as well as muscular problems.

Liz has a great interest in understanding how we and our bodies create pain and the muscles work in conjunction with the skeletal structure.

Tailoring treatments to your needs is her moto and she welcomes feedback on treatments and how she can best assist you.
