I have been having lower back and hip problems for around a year. Nick subjected me to a relatively gentle manipulation and pointed out more problems with my posture than I actually realised that I had. He has also provided some good tips on exercises to perform that will hopefully create lasting improvements. He doesn’t believe in protracted treatments and says that he can usually help alleviate problems in as little as 3 visits. Nick himself is knowledgeable and professional but is also personable and cheerful. Thank you very much for your help.

Just had a drainage massage with Zhara. She is excellent at what she does. I highly recommend her for all massages her hands are a work of art. She is also attentive to your needs and is able to give good advice about the next steps.
