A Holistic Facial Massage combines Acupressure, Facial Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Techniques. Acupressure reduces tension and encourages relaxation throughout the entire body through the stimulation of specific acupressure points on the face and scalp using ancient Chinese Medicine techniques. Using organic essential oils or creams, the massage of the face further encourages deep relaxation as well as increasing blood circulation, improving the tone, texture and health of skin and muscle tissue. The Treatment involves the face, neck, chest, shoulders and scalp. Organic essential oils are tailored to each individual’s needs. Alternatively, a simple organic facial massage cream can be used.

Deep tissue massage is effective because of its technique - consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
