Focusing on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp & face using shiatsu and acupressure techniques, it helps to relax areas of tension and rebalance energy flow. Performed seated, it does not require the removal of any clothing, although an oil-based massage is available if preferred. It can be particularly helpful in alleviating physical and emotional stress, anxiety, depression, tension in stiff necks and shoulders, headaches, eyestrain, fatigue, insomnia, sinusitis and poor concentration.
