Thank you Louise for all your help and advice for my running niggles from my knees to pulled muscles and then going over and beyond advising me on my pre race week routine to keep me in the best shape to race. I have always found Louise to be extremely thorough in finding my niggles /pains and giving me the correct information and advice to go forwards and to have made the most out of my visits to her - Thank you thank you.

I had a severe pain in my Achilles tendon, which kept recurring after each game of golf. Despite trying several ankle supports and other pain relief creams I could not cure it. However, after one visit to Paul Johnson, I am now cured. He examined my ankle and determined that my problem was due to the tendon being underworked and gave me a series of strengthening exercises which I do twice a day and now I can play golf without the pain. Thanks very much, Paul. Now all I have to do is improve my putting!

I have had severe hip pain, with restricted movement in my neck since lockdown. I had extensive consultation and to follow a treatment which included acupuncture. The whole process was excellent. I felt extremely relaxed and safe with how my treatment and feedback was undertaken. I had a car accident in October this year, I was referred to them. The staff are absolutely fantastic and my physiotherapy is done by Luke, who is absolutely amazing. I was aching all over, I have had a few sessions with Luke and I feel absolutely great, back on the road to recovery. Thank you guys you do such a wonderful job.

Some people were born with certain talents and Ms Sinaed is one of those people. Her care and focused attention to your problem areas is a talent few shares. She is also very nice and makes you feel at ease. My only regret was I didn't have a longer session.
