I have been using Physio Care following a total knee replacement operation, the quality of the service has been exceptional. I was given a personalised treatment plan designed to help my recovery and my progress has been carefully monitored. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back if needed in the future.

I have had a few appointments now with the clinic to have my nails done. The staff are really lovely and so friendly. Always feel very welcome and enjoy my experience. Fab job too. I would def recommend a visit.

Tony was great, he provided great instructions on finding his location (it is not that straightforward). He took a full history and checked how I was feeling all the way through the appointment. Due to my history, he performed acupuncture and soft tissue massage on my back, which 1 day later has already seen some improvement. He sent a follow-up text the day after the appointment, to check how I was getting on. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic deep tissue massage, worked wonders for my badly knotted shoulders. Lovely warm comfortable space and friendly professional staff. Highly recommend.

My treatment from Ingrida for significant back pain was outstanding. Her knowledge was impressive, her array of different techniques showed a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds, and her passionate professionalism has left a strong memory. Time was against us as I’m a traveler passing through Porto, but in three sessions she has helped me make real progress in pain reduction and increased mobility. Ingrida is a treasure within the Osteopathy treatment profession, and I would absolutely recommend her services. I am only sad, that time did not allow for a couple more sessions. But her generosity with the available time (including 1.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon) was an indication of her commitment to her healing profession. The great approach by this doctor, very informative helpful and very knowledgable took time to explain everything in detail pros and cons I have seen four surgeons about my facelift most impressive appointment. Not your usual pre - Madonna type had time to listen not just talk.
