• Ray was born in Malaysia where he undertook his high school and early university education. He then moved to New Zealand to complete his medical studies and stayed on to work in the ‘land of the long white cloud’ for several years.
• His rich experiences enabled Ray to accumulate invaluable skills managing women through almost all conceivable situations – from pre pregnancy problems and infertility to obstetric problems and complex gynaecological surgery.
• Ray has managed the safe delivery of hundreds of babies and is well known for his likeable, relaxed and open manner, as well as his attention to detail.
• Ray has a special interest in infertility, and through his work at the Repromed Fertility Centre he helps guides couples through the difficulties of falling pregnant. Patient’s having successful fertility treatment can look forward to Ray continuing his care of them into their pregnancy and beyond.
• Ray’s private practice in obstetrics and gynaecology is located at the Ashford Medical Centre, and this is where he delivers his pregnant patients. He also has public appointments at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Adelaide and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Ray also works at Repromed Fertility clinic.
