I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. I was looked after superbly, Rabia and was always there for anything. I have made a friend for life. Rabia truly is a very special person. I would recommend booking through Aurea 100%. I literally cannot fault anything and am so appreciative of everything Rabia did for me! This has been a life-changing experience for me and I will be forever grateful.

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I’m surprised about all the negative reviews as we have had the best experience ever.. Dr Selim and Sandra have been amazing with us. We did our treatment in the UK and the rest at the clinic. It’s been a relaxing and calm experience.. the team at Jinepol have been extremely supportive and helpful.. we have been blessed with a baby after many years.. all thanks to the team and by the grace of god alhamdulillah. Sandra was amazing she stayed in contact the whole time we were going through our treatment and helped us with all our needs. Dr Selim was honest about all our options, he gave us all the information and help we needed which made things easier for us. It’s such an emotional experience but Dr. Selim and his were fantastic with us.. thank you for everything.
