My mother needed knee replacements in both her knees and after some research I heard of Dr Fahri from a Turkish business partner of mine. I was told Dr Fahri is one of the most experienced surgeons who can perform a double knee replacement at the same time. Mr Ege who is the international patient coordinator responded back to me in a few minutes and requested information and medical files of my mother. The next day he got back to me with a detailed explanation of the problem, treatment options and the process. Also, my Turkish friend's strong recommendation played a role in our decision. Mr Ege met us at the airport and was with us during our transfer and hotel check-in. After the physical examination, Dr Fahri’s team organized the surgery and my mom was operated on our 3rd day in Istanbul. Dr Fahri visited us in the hospital regularly, helped my mother walk and demonstrated physical therapy exercises. We stayed at the hospital for a week and flew back on the morning of our 10th day. My mother’s pain is gone and I can see how happy she is with the results. She is much more active and started to enjoy life again. We were worried about the surgery, but after seeing how it helped my mother I strongly recommend it to anyone with the same problem.
