Biography:
Osteopath and Clinic Owner.B.Sci.(Clin.Sci.),M.H.Sci.(Osteo.), AOA Member Andrea completed her osteopathic qualifications at Victoria University in Melbourne in 2000. Her approach is patient-centered where she uses a variety of hands on techniques such as soft-tissue release, joint mobilization, joint manipulation, visceral manipulation, cranial osteopathy and Trigger Point Dry Needling along with giving advice on exercise and nutrition. Andrea has done extensive post-graduate training in Visceral Osteopathy, also called Visceral Manipulation, as well as Cranial Osteopathy, and through this she has developed a special interest in treating people with digestive problems, as well as babies & children and pregnant patients. Andrea was a professional dancer for 12 years, working overseas at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, Son Amar in Spain and Carnival Cruises in the USA. Because of this, Andrea treats many dancers and conducts pre-pointe and dance fitness assessments for dancers of all ages. Through this she advises dancers on Pilates based exercise programs to improve technique and strength. Andrea is trained in Pilates and also teaches Xtend Barre classes. Andrea is a Teacher Trainer of Xtend Barre teachers in Australia and New Zealand. Andrea is the owner and director of Southside Osteopathy and Xtend Barre Southside. Andrea is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association.

Biography:
Osteopath B.App.Sci.(Comp.Med.),M.Osteopathy,AOA Member.Studied Osteopathy in Melbourne at RMIT. She loves helping the patients of Southside Osteopathy with all aches and pains, especially neck conditions and headaches caused by posture, whiplash, occupation or tension. She is originally from Hamilton, Vic, and has a great interest in sports injuries. Anna has had previous experience as a remedial massage therapist and as a sports trainer with football, rugby and netball teams. She now enjoys working with triathletes and runners, helping them to overcome common over-use injuries and addressing biomechanical issues. Anna has also completed training in Trigger Point Dry Needling.

Biography:
Osteopath B.App.Sci.(Comp.Med.),M.Osteopathy.Completed her three year Bachelor of Applied Science in Complimentary Medicine (Osteopathy) and her two year Masters in Osteopathy at RMIT University in Melbourne. She devotes her time to caring for patients with various conditions using a structural hands-on approach. She likes to play an active role in patient education and provide an understanding towards a positive outcome for their pain and injuries. Sonya has a background in deep tissue massage therapy, having worked in Chinese Medicine clinics and different football clubs across Melbourne. She has additional qualifications in dry needling and Chinese Medicine cupping and utilises a variety of manual therapy techniques such as trigger point release, stretching, joint mobilisation and manipulation. Sonya has a further interest in chronic injuries, degeneration and strain related to occupational ergonomic issues. Sonya thrives on adventure, having volunteered in rehabilitation at a hospital in Kenya, East Africa and also volunteered at primary schools in Cambodia. She loves to be active, enjoying a game of tennis and soccer in her downtime and snowboards whenever she can. Sonya is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association.
