Cedar Hall Clinic - Thurrock

Graduated from the London School of Osteopathy in 1998 and was a senior partner and founder of the hugely successful Sunnyside Osteopathic Centre in Thurrock for over thirteen years. She is a skilled and dedicated osteopath who utilises her considerable experience in helping treat all patients who present with many and varied musculo-skeletal conditions and sports injuries. She specialises in neurological conditions and sports injuries.

High flying Trader in the City of London, only to suffer redundancy following the collapse of Barings Bank. Keen to get out of the cut throat financial world, Jacki studied to become a sports massage therapist, quickly gaining a fine reputation locally. Encouraged by her mentor Sara, Jacki later applied to the College of Osteopaths and graduated in 2005. She has played premiership hockey and now takes an active role in youth development. She specialises in cranial osteopathy and sports injuries and leads our Paediatric team.

Laurel is a graduate from the European School of Osteopathy after studying a four year integrated Masters course.  She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and has a particular interest in children’s osteopathy, sports injuries and chronic pain conditions. She has also gained qualifications in sports massage and dry needling.

Harry is a graduate from the University College of Osteopathy after studying a four year Masters course. He also has a BSc degree in Sport & Exercise Performance from the Writtle University College.

After gaining his BSc degree in 2016 and with an interest in anatomy, biomechanics and rehabilitation, Harry was inspired to go forward and study Osteopathy. His various skills and knowledge enable him to provide a variety of manual therapy treatments to enable better quality of life for patients.

Matthew is a graduate from the European School of Osteopathy having gained a BSc Osteo degree. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and has a special interest in children’s osteopathy and sports injuries.

Matthew has a keen interest in sport, especially football which he plays regularly. He is a Level 9 qualified referee and in the past has officiated at matches ranging from youth football leagues to adult & academy level.

Helen is a qualified Acupuncturist & Naturopath and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. Her interest in natural forms of medicine began many years ago when she saw the powerful effect it had on family members. Helen believes that although physical health is important, she is also passionate about mental health and sits on the board of a mental health resource group for a large City multinational.

Helen is a long term yoga practitioner and collaborates in teacher training working with the meridians in yoga poses to access the physical, mental and emotional benefits. She has practised Yang style tai chi for several years.

Nicola qualified in Sports & Remedial massage at the highly respected London School of Sports Massage, achieving a Level 5 Diploma. She also gained a further qualification in Oncology massage from the North London School of Sports Massage.

After working for many years in the City, Nicola decided to pursue her dream and train for a career in Sports and Remedial massage. Her passion for massage therapy began after receiving regular treatments herself during an 11 year kickboxing career and competing in many tournaments. She now trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & holds a purple belt.
