Darius Ridge - Aberdare

I've been treated by Daruis for various things over the years and he has always sorted me out. My one issue with my elbow I had for years and thought it was permanent, but no, all sorted by Darius. I'm fit and active, but like everyone I get issues, and I've recently started some more treatment with him. Darius is always courteous and friendly and gets the job done efficiently and professionally. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been visiting Darius for my back problems for many years. I would highly recommend him. Any issues with my back and hips are resolved in a few sessions and I trust him implicitly. Sitting at a desk all day is not good and I have to return about once a year to have my spine put back into a good position and to ease any pain I have. This has been an on-going issue for me since my youth and I wouldn't trust anybody else to treat me.

Darius is a lovely person and puts you at ease immediately. He is easy to chat to and I would advise anybody suffering from muscle tissue and bone problems to pay him a visit.

I'd been in agony with a bad back for a fortnight and it wasn't getting any better, despite exercise and anti-inflammatory tablets. It took Darius just 2 sessions to get my back sorted following treatment (massage and manipulation). I was very grateful and very impressed and would recommend him to anyone. Good value for money.

I wanted someone local and chose his Aberdare clinic after viewing his website. Comprehensive case history was discussed prior to any manipulation. Darius is friendly and chats to keep you relaxed. I wore a sports bra and leggings during the treatment.
