Lorna is the principal Physiotherapist and Director at Lime Physical Therapy. Her unique skill set has been gathered over the past 20+ years in the areas of musculo-skeletal physiotherapy, pilates, lymphoedema management, cancer rehabilitation and SCENAR therapy. Lorna is well known for taking on the care of patients with complex and chronic conditions who may have been put in the “too hard” basket by other health professionals. This is what led her to working with cancer patients. Lorna is also a mum to two primary age kids and loves the viewpoint that children bring into our lives. Lorna embraces the “attitude of gratitude” with all who she encounters and endeavours to infuse her clinic, staff and patients with this approach – her passion is change!

Bachelor of Physiotherapy Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences , Bangalore, India Doctor of Physiotherapy Bond University, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Yamini has worked in various multi-disciplinary settings across Australia which enable her to assess and treat patients with various musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan. She has a special interest in Gerontology (working with elderly) and Hydrotherapy (treating patients in a heated pool). During her work in aged care setting; Yamini has successfully published her research in Pain in Dementia. She has also worked with patients from Work cover Queensland, Department Of Veteran’s Affairs and Medicare, providing them with comprehensive management of their conditions. She has done certified courses in Gerontology, Women’s Health, APA dizziness and Balance issues, Kinesio Taping and Hydrotherapy for Chronic Diseases to name a few. Yamini specialises in all musculoskeletal related issues such as back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, post-surgical issues, obesity, joint pains Fibromyalgia and so forth. Her passion is to provide a comprehensive management of a patient’s condition, along with an insight on how to self – manage in long term. As a mother of a toddler, she enjoys spending time outdoors and in the pool getting plenty of physical activity on a daily basis. She is also a believer in holistic approach to health and well-being which means addressing all aspects of rehabilitation and not just the physical. Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Queensland University of Technology) ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist since 2012. Level 1 & 2 Basic Pilates Matwork course through APPI plus a Level 2 Sports Medicine Trainer Certificate. Has embarked on continued education studies including: APPI matwork level 1: Foundation APPI matwork level 2: Class instructor Active Anatomy Fascia and foam roller workshop Hip knee and ankle Neck and shoulder Posture assessment Active nutrition course (SDA) Better Breathing - Respiratory Muscle Training and Airway Clearance Will has also completed an introductory course in Swedish Massage. Will is an Exercise Physiologist with broad range of experience in many different health areas including diabetes, heart conditions and musculoskeletal conditions. He also enjoys working with clients wanting to achieve personal health goals and to improve overall “wellness”. His past experiences include Hydrotherapy, Pilates, EPC, DVA and Workcover. As he is a keen sportsman himself (still playing competitive soccer), Will has a particular interest in sports injuries and strength and conditioning.
