I suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture and meniscus tear as a result of an injury while playing volleyball. I chose Dr. Mesut upon my friend's suggestion. After the MRI result and physical examination, Dr. Mesut made the diagnosis. I had closed surgery a week after the injury. I chose spinal anaesthesia because it stated that the postoperative period would be more comfortable, and my surgery lasted 2 hours. During the pre-and post-operative period, Mr Mesut made me feel safe with the information he gave and reduced my pain with the medications he gave me. He received information about my situation through our daily phone calls and made the necessary suggestions. My range of motion and muscle strength progressed as they should, appropriate for the ACL weeks. He continued his check-ups during the physiotherapy I received 2-3 days a week. Thanks to his open communication and smiling face, I always felt at ease. Now I'm in the 6th week and my walking is back to normal and my range of motion is full.

I've had back pain for 30 years and been to many, many doctors, spine surgeons, chiropractors, back specialists over that time, none of whom have been able to solve the problem. I found Bodywell about 9 months ago and for the first time got some proper advice about why the pain was occurring and what to do about it. It takes time, effort and it's by no means cheap, but I've had no pain (either in my back or elsewhere) for the best part of six months now. I can play golf at any time and interestingly, it's also assisted with my mental health - moods are better, optimism is stronger, thoughts are more positive. I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

Hi I had a very tight calf muscle when I attended the cottage clinic. Brian worked on it for 30 mins. Have to say it felt really loose afterwards and was back training two days later. Clinic is spotless and a real relaxing air about the place. Also very good value. Your not rushed out of the place either.
