I suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture and meniscus tear as a result of an injury while playing volleyball. I chose Dr. Mesut upon my friend's suggestion. After the MRI result and physical examination, Dr. Mesut made the diagnosis. I had closed surgery a week after the injury. I chose spinal anaesthesia because it stated that the postoperative period would be more comfortable, and my surgery lasted 2 hours. During the pre-and post-operative period, Mr Mesut made me feel safe with the information he gave and reduced my pain with the medications he gave me. He received information about my situation through our daily phone calls and made the necessary suggestions. My range of motion and muscle strength progressed as they should, appropriate for the ACL weeks. He continued his check-ups during the physiotherapy I received 2-3 days a week. Thanks to his open communication and smiling face, I always felt at ease. Now I'm in the 6th week and my walking is back to normal and my range of motion is full.

I've had back pain for 30 years and been to many, many doctors, spine surgeons, chiropractors, back specialists over that time, none of whom have been able to solve the problem. I found Bodywell about 9 months ago and for the first time got some proper advice about why the pain was occurring and what to do about it. It takes time, effort and it's by no means cheap, but I've had no pain (either in my back or elsewhere) for the best part of six months now. I was recommended to Maria many years ago. I had suffered a whiplash injury and the pain went all the way from my neck through to my lower back and worsened during cold or damp weather. After suffering for many months and thinking I would just have to live with it, I went to Maria on my friend's advice but admit I was not hopeful. However, after just a few visits, I felt the pain decreasing and gradually everything started to loosen up. I was shocked at how ‘tight’ I had become from being tense because of the ongoing pain. After around 6 sessions, I was able to stop going and felt absolutely fine. Every now and then I get some pain or stiffness due to tension but a couple of visits to Maria and I’m right as rain again! Now I only have to go every few years! I think the last time I went recently it had been over 6 years since my last visit. I recommend everyone to Maria including my own grown-up kids who also go when they need to. I can wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere:)

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

I received clear and concise advice about the cause of my condition and the required treatment from Amnish. He used Laser, acupuncture and manipulation for my pain. Due to the treatment and advice from Amnish, my Neck and Back pain including mobility are now significantly improved and I continue to exercise as he suggested. Should the issue return I would be very happy to once again receive treatment from Amnish. Nice looking treatment room and friendly staff add to the whole experience.
