He was very confident my symptoms of fatigue and pain would be resolved and wanted me to email an update in one week. I was very doubtful I would improve that quickly, but he seemed to be so confident that I would improve as well as lose weight. I carefully followed his instructions and to my delight, within a week, I experienced an increase of energy. My feet are no longer hurting like before (they still need time to finish healing) and over the past 2 months I have lost 10 lbs. Dr Z is committed to helping people become healthy again, his approach is to heal, not treat symptoms.
