I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder blade and was in absolute agony, I popped into Perfect Balance on the off chance someone could see me. Thankfully Caitlin could see me an hour later. She was fab, massaged the area and gave me exercises.

Perfect Balance Clinic is my go-to friend with aches and pains.

I have been going to PBC since it opened many years ago and would recommend the Clinic to everyone suffering from aches and pains rather than opting for surgery immediately.

I am currently having physio with Muhammad Ali who has been truly knowledgeable with my symptoms. The treatment and exercises given are amazing and totally based on my individual needs. During our Sessions Muhammad makes me feel at ease with treatments, he is very friendly, and his professionalism is best to none!

I am waiting for a hip replacement like so many and have been seeing Muhammad for physio to help with mobility and pain management. After a thorough initial assessment Muhammad has provided a highly effective course of treatment which has helped me to remain mobile, improve pain levels and carry on doing the things that I enjoy.

This involved advising about appropriate levels of exercise and what would be effective and what I should advise, a bespoke exercise plan and regular ‘hands on’ treatments for misled release and mobility. Muhammad has been totally professional throughout my sessions with him and I would recommend both him and Perfect Balance.
